No hustle-bustle of professional life, no meetings and definitely no deliverables. The concept is simple – eat, sleep and relax. 1. Chalk out a weekend plan

Most weekends come and go like a quick breeze. You do not get to sit and breathe it in. So, we would suggest you to plan exactly what you are going to do on the weekends. Not a strict schedule, but a rough draft would suffice. Include all the to-do things and try to finish it off on Saturday, so that Sunday can be utilized differently and for relaxation purposes.

This way, there is no headache of cooking during the jam-packed weekdays. Other useful things to do would be to iron your work clothes and keep them ready, you could get gas filled in your car and buy the groceries/vegetables/fruits to last a week.

Rather than simply sitting on the couch watching an old movie, you can try to learn something that you have always wanted to try. 4. Plan to have fun

You could have a night-out at your place with a few of your close friends to catch up with them. Plan a day out picnic with your loved ones, or if you prefer solitude, plan it just with yourself.
