7. Ask your partner to help you de-stress

Your partner plays a very direct role in levels of stress that you take on. If you want to stop getting stress in your daily life, ask your partner to help. Tell your partner that you are totally stressed out and lay out the things that you want your partner to do for you. It could be taking over certain responsibilities, doing some errands for you or simply giving you a pep talk every time you are feeling down.
